As the Redskins move into "life without Gibbs," fans are still left to wonder about the state of the franchise.  The 'Skins have not enjoyed consistent success, save for the second Gibbs era, since "Danny" arrived as owner.  Is the franchise mismanaged or is the franchise experiencing bad times (think - Cincinnati Bengals (ouch!))?
